What is your return policy?

We are very thankful and appreciate all of your support and business. Many of our products are collectible/ limited edition pieces and have certain conditions under which they must be returned/exchanged in order to keep their their value. We are real humans working to fulfill your exclusive painted /limited edition orders by hand each and every day. Our graphic apparel is also limited in quantity but allows us a little more freedom when it comes to returns & exchanges. So again, we truly appreciate your support and patience.

Nosaj Authentics accepts returns of unworn and unwashed graphic apparel with tags for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed in the form of the original payment.  "Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Nosaj Authentics will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis. Check “Return Policy” link on our homepage for more information. 

(All sales are final on hand painted apparel, Canvas artwork, accessories, sale and discounted items.)

What payment methods do you accept? Is my personal information safe? 

All transactions are secure and processed via PayPal or Credit Card. Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. To further protect your security, we suggest you close your browser window after you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer shared by others. We guarantee that every transaction you make at NosajAuthentics.com will be 100% safe. 

How do I find out the status of my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website

If you have not received your tracking number please email us at info@nosajauthentics.com  with your order number.

Do you offer Customized/Hand Painted Apparel?

Yes, You may email us at info@nosajauthentics.com with specifics on your customized order.

Can I purchase Nosaj Authentics apparel at a store?
